This notice explains how personal data is processed when you use the contact and project enquiry forms on eedigi.com. eeDigi is a brand name. The data controller is eeDigi.

Personal data we collect
The contact form requests your name, email address and message. The project enquiry form may additionally collect an optional phone number, type of project, requested services, project description, budget and timeline preferences, and any files you voluntarily upload. Technical connection and access records may be created to help secure the website. Optional visitor analytics is enabled only when you choose to accept analytics cookies.
Please avoid submitting identity documents, medical information, sensitive information or unnecessary personal data about other people in project descriptions.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Responding to enquiries and arranging discussions: depending on the nature of the request, legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f) of Turkish Law No. 6698, or Article 5(2)(c) where the processing is directly necessary to take steps related to a contract.
- Assessing project requirements, preparing proposals and managing pre-contract discussions: Article 5(2)(c) and, where appropriate, Article 5(2)(f).
- Protecting the website and request records against misuse: Article 5(2)(f), and Article 5(2)(ç) where a specific legal obligation applies.
- Retaining records or responding to legally binding public authority requests: Article 5(2)(ç).
- Optional measurement through analytics cookies: Article 5(1) where explicit consent is the applicable legal basis. Optional analytics is off by default.
You do not have to consent to marketing merely to send an enquiry.
How data is collected
Data is collected electronically when you complete a form, upload a file, send an email or access the website. Analytics tools are loaded only after an optional analytics preference has been recorded.
Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to staff and collaborators who need the information to handle enquiries. Data may be shared to the extent necessary with contracted providers of hosting, server administration, email delivery, technical support and security services. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. If analytics is activated and you consent, a measurement provider may process relevant data.
Any international transfer must comply with Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698 and the applicable safeguards. The actual providers and transfer arrangements must be reviewed by the controller.
Retention and deletion
Contact and project enquiries are retained only for as long as needed to assess and respond to the request, continue any relevant business discussions and meet applicable legal retention obligations. When there is no longer a legal ground or processing purpose, data is handled in accordance with applicable deletion, destruction or anonymisation requirements. Technical backups are removed according to the applicable backup lifecycle.
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
You may ask whether your data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purposes and whether it is used accordingly, learn about third-party recipients, ask for correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction when legally applicable, ask that such operations be notified to recipients, object to adverse outcomes based exclusively on automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
How to make a request
You may submit a request to the controller using the methods permitted by Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and the related application rules. For general enquiries contact info@eedigi.com, or apply in writing at the address above. Formal applications may require identity verification and the methods specified by law. Requests are generally answered within 30 days.

This notice concerns requests submitted through eedigi.com. Third-party platforms developed for clients may have their own controllers and separate notices. This notice is not a consent form.
