Frequently asked questions about working with us

The essentials, from the first conversation to ongoing support.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions before a project begins.

From proposals and delivery to content management, integrations and support, here are the essential details.

Ask another question ↗
01How can I request a proposal?

Use the contact or project enquiry form to describe your goal, existing systems and requirements. After an initial conversation we can agree on scope and next steps.

02Can I edit the website content myself?

Depending on scope, the CMS can expose page titles, text, services, references, images and SEO metadata. We agree in advance which fields need to be editable.

03Can the website have Turkish and English content?

Yes. Multilingual sites can have separate titles, content and SEO fields for each language. Translation quality and tone deserve editorial review rather than relying on machine translation alone.

04What is the difference between a native app and a website?

Native apps can make platform-appropriate use of notifications, location and other device capabilities, while websites run through a browser. The right choice depends on user needs.

05Can you connect an existing ERP or inventory system?

First we check available APIs, data exports and authorization options. If a secure integration is feasible, we plan the inventory, order and related workflows.

06How do I review the design process?

We review journeys, visual proposals and developed sections at agreed stages. Feedback and acceptance checkpoints are part of the project plan.

07Is support available after launch?

Maintenance, security updates, bug fixes and enhancements can be agreed as part of a support arrangement.

08How are cost and timeline determined?

Scope, integrations, content, CMS requirements and mobile work all affect the plan. We prefer to review the project before giving a definite figure or schedule.
